Registration Instructions:

1.    Click on the registration banner, you will be directed to either create a new account or login with your existing Sports Illustrated Play account.

2.    Once you have logged on with your Sports Illustrated Play account, follow through the Registration process, filling out what is requested.

3.    Once the Registration process is complete, click on the FORMS section on the left side of the home page

4.    Please download and print the Code of Conduct document and the 2017 Bears Handbook.

5.    Please read and fill out the  Code of Conduct, both parents and player.

6.    Bring to the next sign up/paperwork day, camp or by the first practice.
